Latinas in Cyber (LAIC) is dedicated to building cybersecurity pathways for Latinas and creating the next generation of Latina leaders in cyber.
Our mission to build cybersecurity pathways and to create the next generation of cyber-Latina leaders. We do this by bridging the gender and diversity gap in the cybersecurity industry by providing Latinas with community, networking, education, and resource opportunities in the world of cybersecurity.
We recognize that Latinas are underrepresented in this industry and face unique challenges. Therefore, we strive to provide a supportive and inclusive community where Latinas can connect with like-minded individuals, share knowledge, develop professional skills, and accelerate their career.
Launched in Fall 2022, LAIC is passionate about fueling the next generation of Latina leaders to design and secure the world of cybersecurity and become the representation we wish to see.
