About Us
In the Spring of 2022, eight women virtually came together as strangers and emerged as friends, partners, and champions for one another in the field of cybersecurity. Latinas in Cyber (LAIC) was founded with the mission to cultivate support, mentorship, and career development for women pursuing careers in cybersecurity.
Overview & Vision
LAIC is the first United States (U.S.) based membership organization created by Latina cybersecurity professionals offering a community of mentorship, networking, support and representation.
Our vision is to build an inclusive and equitable community for Latinas focused on development, empowerment, and leadership within cybersecurity.
